Now, doesn't it feel good to laugh?! Children laugh up to 100 times a day, we should try to get in at least a few laughs a day too. So the next time you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, just think of these little stories and laugh out loud!

Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup

It's been a while since I have even added to this blog! I love trying new recipes, so I figured I would start to share some of the good ones on here=) Enjoy!

Tried this one tonight, and YUM!! If you don't want to added kick just leave out the red pepper flakes. 


Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup


1.5-2C. Chicken Broth
1/2 pkg (9oz) Chicken filled tortellini 
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 C. Milk
1/4-1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
small diced onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter 
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (opt.) 


Bring Chicken broth to a boil. 
Add tortellini to chicken broth, and boil for 7-8 min or until tortellini is ready


In a sauce pan:
saute Diced onion in 1 Tbsp. of butter
add minced garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and thyme. 

After tortellini is ready (in chicken broth) add the ingredients in the saucepan, milk, cream of chicken soup, and spinach. Bring to a simmer and continue cooking for 6-8 min.

Serve hot.
